It's apt more to be the national Labor shortage. The extra 300$ a week
(pretty sure it's weekly) to unemployment seems to have many sitting at
home, not working.

It sounds like the President is trying to end that extra? So folks go
back to work? It's time. Everyplace I see is crying for workers.
Construction is no different.
