I doubt it. I went through something similar with my son when he was
about that age. We had been to the city to see the museum. It was about
lunch time when we left. There was a McDonalds across the street and
right next to it there was an old, established restaurant. He wanted to
go to McDonalds but I explained to him that the restaurant had more
comfortable seating and that the food, while a little more expensive
would be much better and larger portions. It was an easy sell and I was
never again pestered to go to McDs.
