Actually, I like the fake crab/lobster sticks. I make them up with
butter, garlic, maybe a few other seasonings and muchrooms then put on
a bed of pasta. Drizzle the butter over all and mix a bit.
It freezes nicely for a quick home frozen 'TV Dinner for work lunches'.
Not as smelly on reheating as other fish types.
