People who don't have a GP don't have a medical history, as such.
My medical history for the last 40 years is a series of sporadic blood
panels for glucose, A1C, cholesterol (and it's buddies) that are consistently
unremarkable. No illnesses, accidents, or hospital visits.

You pay for them, just not on a per-visit basis.
