Then you need to learn how to prepare instant potatoes. I've found,
generally, the amount of butter and milk they recommend on the package
to leave a lot to be desired.

I despise lumpy potatoes. If a person can't take the time to to make lump-
free mashed potatoes, then why bother? If you're making them for yourself,
that's fine, but don't serve that sloppily perpared dish to guests.
