That would also depend on if I have potatoes in the house. I cook them
so rarely, why buy them for them to just sprout? When I have a hankering
for mashed potatoes, open the cabinet door, pull out the container, and
with minimal effort I'm eating them in about 5 minutes. No peeling, or
mashing involved just lots of butter and milk/cream.
