When there are 4 uppers top side (3 on one side, 1 on another)
3 lowers, not matched to top side remaining ones

Not everyone has strong teeth to start with. Don's issues started as a
kid but the virtual pumice stone dust toothpaste in Vietnam did a lot
of damage to the enamel so weakened then further.

Thats what you do. By the time you are down to 7, you can't eat. They
have to go so you get dentures. Nutrition by then is seriously an
issue that affects the rest of your body.
