It depends what you like. I rarely say, but I couldn't stomach most of
the stuff you eat for breakfast. Some of it might be ok for lunch or
dinner.
I like oatmeal. You like other things. De gustibus.
Oatmeal and dry toast were merely examples of things that a true master
farter can use for feedstock. No greasy, spicy, or exotic ingredients required.
Any lesser farter is at best a journeyman.
