I agree, Janet, about the crispy crumbled bacon and scrambled eggs. I
happen to have some boiled/smashed oiled and roasted small gold potatoes
from a few nights ago so that part reheated in a skillet for this
breakfast/dinner is easily covered.

I'd scramble the eggs and add some grated cheese. The addition of any
sort of hot sauce would depend entirely on my mood.

Fried potatoes, eggs, bacon. In a skillet? Yum!
