I loathe those chiropracters, they are worse than quackery. Just
watching another friend who has been sucked into the system
deteriorating. I was frank and said to her could she not see that it
is in the chiropracters interests to make sure she keeps going back,
if she was cured, she is a loss!! At least she is thinking about it
now.
Marketplace did an item on them about 3 or 4 years ago, showed a woman
in her 30s, the chiropracter had done one of those 'alignments' on her
and apparently it squeezed the carotid (sp ?) artery so badly that she
instantly had a major stroke and would never walk again.
