Yes. I thought about that timeframe later yesterday. I was thinking it
was after I first got married (1979). Then I realized, I was with an old
girlfriend when I bought those.

We were together from summer of 1972 to the summer of 1973 so that's
when I bought the earth shoes. Again though, they were so comfortable
and I really liked them.
