No worries. I'm very familiar with your crank-style windows. Probably
either Pella or Andersen windows. Easy to clean both sides from inside
your house as long as you can take the screens out.

Can't you turn off your alarm system to do that? I'm sure you can.

That said, both sides are easy to clean outside with the help of a short
step ladder for 1st floor windows.
