Yep, I'm going to be eating at my desk and yes, I've tried the homemade
biscuit sandwich thing and crumbs were a problem.

You know what I just realized? I don't have to make this "breakfast"
sandwich before I leave for work. There's a toaster in the office
kitchen. There's a microwave and a fridge. I can take the ingredients
and toast the muffin and heat the Canadian bacon and assemble it fresh
and hot in about 3 minutes.
