A fiery clove
I had already roasted the serranos, and was getting an onion when I noticed
a large, lone clove of garlic. I didn't want to mess with roasting it, so I just
peeled it, halved it, and put it in the microwave for 10 sec. After about 6 seconds a flame shot up from one of the halves, so I stopped the microwave
right away.
I went on to blend the 3 serranos, one sweet onion, that clove of garlic, 3
tomatoes, some salt and a little dash of lemon juice. With chips it was
bring tears to your eyes hot.
