Virginia Beach respectable levels after a slow start. Norfolk not
looking very good. North North Hampton lookin very good.

I know more people waiting for 2nd shot but some are refusing it.
Seeing more and more folks not wearing masks locally. Getting local
NextDoor posts on 'see, it doesnt work' as they find the isolated 5% of
the 95% effective shots who still get it (but not as bad).

It just caught the attention that the Brazilian varient is here in VB
and that one has been hospitalizing folks 18-40 in droves apparently.
