True but why just men? Don't women blow their nose occasionally too? Or

men...they use a Kleenex and toss it out, not stuffed back in their
pockets or purses to keep reusing all day.

IMO, handkerchiefs are old tech and are an odd thing to use now.
Kleenex or even toilet paper is the way to go.
