Healthful cookies
I am in the middle of baking a batch of no fat, no sugar cookies from a
recipe I got from a friend. I had one at his place recently and they are
very tasty
3 mashed ripe bananas
1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
2 cups oats
1/4 cup soy milk
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp vanilla
t tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup cocoa powder.
Mix all the ingredients together. Use a spoon to drop cookies on the
baking pan and bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
