You couldn't convince me enough to drop my land line. It's worth every
penny of the ~$40 I pay for it monthly. Real land lines work when the
power goes out. I've lost cell service in outages and still have a dial
tone. Rotary dial western electric phone on my kitchen wall still rings
no matter what. The call quality of a cell won't match up either.
