We do eat a lot of rice but I am the only one who likes brown rice on
occasion. Charlotte lives in California and even before that, it was
too much trouble to make 2 batches so white it is here.

Gets varied with Calrose or Kahiki medium grain or Jasmine, Basmati
long grain.
