I ordered a pair of these babies. My guess is that anything you say or hear gets routed through Uncle Jeff's servers. Welcome to the new world. It's got 3 microphones. My guess is two are for the noise-cancellation feature and one is for recording your voice through your ear canal. Pretty spiffy.
