That was Marx. I can go along with that to some degree. I believe that
there is a need for rewards for performance. I have issues with abuse of
the system. I understand that he need to have a welfare system to take
care of those who are in need of assistance. I don't think that it
should be permanent situation for the able bodied. If there is work and
they won't do it they don't deserve help. They are just plain lazy and
other people should not have to work to pay for their support.
