That is because some people are idiots and prone to judging people on
irrelevant stuff. I don't watch day time TV or the types of shows he has
been known to express some strange views on various issues. That is what
people are judging him on, not his performance on the show. I watched
the games he hosted and he was pretty good.


You don't have to get your knickers in a twist over him getting the full
time gig. They aren't likely to risk a drop in ratings on that show over
preconceived dislikes. It will be someone more appealing.

He left big shoes to fill. Personally, I think Mike Richards has been by
far the best. I don't know if he is really interested in taking on that
role.
