Citrus deteriorates rapidly from the moment it's picked, its juice once
squeezed deteriorates by a hundred fold.

What prevents you from squeezing citrus as needed, not like it takes any great
effort. How'd you like being charged for "Fresh Squeezed OJ" at a restaurant,
only to find out it was poured from a Tropicana container.
