how do you flavor beef stew ?
I find a dark beer can work really nicely. I have made a beef stew with
guinness that was great. I generally use homebrew, but most dark commercial
beers can do nicely - the main thing is something malty and not overly
bitter. Brown ale, stout, scotch ale, etc..
