Why he's come to the conclusion I bought it from under him when I
wasn't even posting for what .. 3 days? I responded to what turned
out to be his second posting about it in three days, and I only
looked it up because I was curious of the price. And it was gone
alrewady..l i was too late even if I *did* want it.

I actually spent a few hours last week portscanning wertz.com again.
That ****er has been sitting on that domain for almost 25 years now
and has done nothing with it. About 15 years ago I started kindly
asking him for just his MX record so I could host the emails of
ANYBODY who's last name was wertz. I wouldn't even really host the
email., You use any email sever you want, and I just rewrite the
From:-To:'s to alias whatever your current email accounts are.

And this doesn't even prevent him from doing anything he would want
to laterr (unless he wants ! I even offered to pay
every other term and klet him him my hosting sand share hosting
spce with him for freee. But this guy has been playing hardball
with me every time - He won't budge. he is fierce negotiator - you
know what know what he said to last week when I emaild him?

Nohting. Just like the first time I emailed him.. nothing. And at
least 75 message in between? Nothing. Same as my cousins and my
brother who also contacted him )
