I don't like cocktail sauce, it's like pouring Heinz Red on seafood.
I think the best sauce for shrimp is Lobster Sauce... doesn't over
power the flavor of shrimp and in fact it enhances the shrimp flavor.
Very easy and quick to prepare and there's no lobster involved. I
make it often and it doesn't need shrimp... Lobster Sauce is my
favorite sauce for Fly Lice... Shrimp with Lobster Sauce is a classic
Chinese restaurant dish, every Chinese restaurant serves their version
with only slight differences. When I do Chinese take out I usually
order a container of Lobster Sauce; goes well with chicken, pork, most
everything, it's how I eat the freebie white rice and crispy noodles.
