This past year alone has caused problems for many people across all
ages, including those who might otherwise have not had an obvious or
deeply felt problem or who have developed a problem due to any or all
of the repercussions of the pandemic.

I am glad anyone with psychological discomfort is willing to seek
help. I commend and support those able to do so and applaud the
caregivers, too.
