Yes, everyone who owns a car. But not everyone is a faux 'eco-warrior'
such as John Kuthe who talks trash all the time about how much better
he is than everyone else when it comes to cars and damage to the
environment. Meanwhile, his 'electric' car consumes all the same
fossil fuels and rubber as any other car. Does he even own a bicycle?

You do have full torque available from 0 RPM with an electric motor,
so that's what he means.
