I do believe the instructions can be found gee, on the side of the
container of rolled oats. Yeppers!

I'm looking at mine right now. Microwave directions complete with
measurements of water, oats and (optional) salt. One serving: 1 cup
water, 1/2 cup of oats. Place in a 2 cup microwave-safe bowl .
Microwave on High, 1-1/2 to 2 minutes. Stir.

At this point you could add in brown sugar, raisins, drizzle it with
maple syrup, whatever the heck you want. Or simply add a little butter
and eat it without all that jazz. That's a personal choice.

I take it he is supposed to take the medication during the night? I
can't imagine any other reason to get up and eat at midnight.
