I had some leftover torillas, refreed black beans, guacamole and pico de
gallo to use up. The perfect solution was heuvos rancheros.

Wow. They were fantastic. There may be enough left for another lunch,
but the guacamole is turning brown. Maybe I could just use some sliced
avocado instead.
