we did grow our own tomatoes, then we juiced and canned
them, that was the base for the soup. about 95% of what i
used was that tomato juice. the rest of the ingredients
were things on hand which were not grown by us (we don't
have a cow for milk fat to make butter and the flour was
APF), the bit of milk i dumped in at the end was also store
bought. oops.
