Government funding is set up to help low income families get the care
they need. That family must have filed a higher income and is no longer
qualified. It does happen but just John's luck that it happened to his
new patient.

With nursing homecare, sometimes the patient gets better and sometimes
they die. It's always going to be a temporary job. A home nursing career
will always be a series of patients.
