There is not too much of a cross posting problem in this group. Since
this laptop is only a few months old so my filters are relatively new. I
have one for cross posting and it is intended for the people who cross
post and cross posted topics. In RFC there is only one entry.

Another group has a serious cross posting problem. I have several cross
post filtres in that one. One is for cross posted topics and there are
two for cross posters. I had to start a second one because there were so
many names in the first one. The are two types of people who end up with
the cross posters filter. One type are the guys who are constantly
replying in cross posted threads. Sometimes they are given a break if
they participate in local threads. The authors of all new cross posts go
into it automatically.

Other people may have different experiences, but it is rare that there
is much of value to cross posted threads.
