As if Trump ever did anything that wasn't specifically intended to
"own the libs". He cared only for:

1. Donald Trump
2. His constituents, because they would vote for Donald Trump

He showed his concern for his constituents by signing a tax cut that
largely benefited the rich. People like Donald Trump.
