What are you cooking for dinner tonight?

I'm not sure what I'm doing tonight. Last night I wanted something a little different,
so I toasted some bread, scraped a raw garlic clove across it, sprinkled it with
Italian seasoning blend, added sliced leftover chicken breast, topped both sides
with provolone, and melted the cheese in the toaster oven. It made a good sandwich,
backed up with a salad dressed with red-wine vinegar and olive oil.
