I saw some top rated outside antennas for sale at Lowe's for $40 plus
tax. But then I'd have to get someone to come install it so I opted for
this one-time installation and be done with it.

It certainly doesn't look like any outside roof antenna that I've ever
seen. Honestly, it reminds me of a miniature white hammerhead
shark.
