I wondered about that too. Certainly John could pull Baby II into his
driveway and wash it with his all-electric water hose.

Even cheaper: If you don't mind getting wet for 5-10 minutes, go out
when it's raining with an old wet washcloth (no soap necessary) and just
quickly wipe everything down with the cloth. Start with the roof and
work your way down.

It only takes a few minutes and as long as it continues raining long
enough to rinse, car will be clean and no water spots when it dries.
Looks perfect. I've done that for many years with my vans.
