Default How old is too old? Deep freezer has 3 yr old turkey, roasts a dstuf like cheap pizza and frozen soups , should i chuck it all and startover?

I have you beat. I cooked a shrunk wrapped duck that was at least 20
years old. The skin and fat was very peppery, not rancid. So that got
tossed. But the meat was still perfectly succulent.
