How old is too old? Deep freezer has 3 yr old turkey, roasts a dstuf like cheap pizza and frozen soups , should i chuck it all and startover?

It would not make you sick but it could have lost flavor and texture but
you won't know for sure until you eat it.
I had two year old meat that was perfect in a vacuum sealed bag. If in
doubt, throw it out
