The length of time to charge is why I have not gone electric. I have
been eyeing Teslas for ages- even before they had a dealer here in NJ,
but I am not going to dump all that money into the car if I cannot use
it for serious road trips. Besides, Elon Musk gives me the willies.

I get tolerable enough mileage to use either of our gas cars for town
errands and see no sense in dumping either at this point for an
electric just for bopping.
