Contadina used to advertise "Eight Great Tomatoes in That Little Bitty Can"

They are talking about factory grown fruits and probably water somewhat
removed. Tomatoes vary from grape size to the big beefsteaks.

In Italy I spent time in the Pompeii region and they have acres of
tomatoes growing in tented fields. Veru colorful with the green leaves
and red fruits. They are an elongated types of tomato, not the balls in
most of our gardens.
