Yes, they are allowed. Main tourist season, restricted to above 42nd
street and below Sandbridge.
As to the surfing, the tourist area has bad rip-tide spots. When one
develops, they restrict it from that area.
Riding a bike through masses of people on the sand who can't even get
6ft away from each other, is insane. It's restricted to sane hours
when the beach is mostly empty. Clothing can't display things like
'**** You Asshole'.
List one you have a problem with other than basic saftey for all when a
riptide develops?
