Correct Ed. While we have an 'off season', it just means fewer guests
and smaller events. I note
VB posts try to make it look like there
aren't TOO many people when photo'd for advertizing but reality, it's
pretty crowded. Even Dam Neck is and it's only available to Military,
being on base. Fort Story is a little better but again, on base so
only military can get there.
Put simply, pre-covid, it would be hard to manage 6ft away from
everyone there.
