My nursing care is financed by Social Security, not by the family, so YOU are helping finance my salary!

And the reason I believe they like me is because we are just now getting out of a cold weather/snow emergency and grandma told me they did not want me to get stuck on their unplowed street, which is an unplowed cul de sac. And until I found them via the agency I work for, I don't think they had any nurse work for them.

And why am I explaining all this to you anyway? Maybe to convince you that all people are not as cold, uncaring and suspicious as you seem to be! :-(
