I think that's the way temp agencies work. You get paid weekly without any latency. It's the nature of the business. When I moved to the mainland, I worked for a temp agency. Of course, they hired me when my contract with the agency was over. Then I had to quit to move back to Hawaii because my mom got sick. That's the breaks.
