I've had better corned beef from a deli. Much better than canned but I
wouldn't waste a large cut of beef to make it myself. One good sandwich
every few years is enough for me.

Two strikes, many years apart. I won't be wasting good beef on that
simple nonsense either.

One the other hand, I've made a very good beef stew. Pretty much the
same thing.
