Reckless schmeckless, idiotic spending, a total waste of money.
Next time you need groceries eat your roof. No sane person spends
more to repair a roof than the entire property can sell for. And
don't say you will never sell it, when you get hungry enough you will
sell, and for way less than you paid... before that new roof you'd be
lucky to recoup 75¢ on the dollar. Before the roof you sunk in more
than that house is worth. You overpaid for that house simply because
you were given the money for free, NOT EARNED IS NOT VALUED.
