Yes, that makes a difference, although you'd still want to vaccinate
anyone who deals with a lot of people, including teachers, police etc.
But maybe they're next. In the Netherlands they've barely begun
injecting. In Europe, only Bulgaria is slower. Australia hasn't
started yet but they have very little covid.
