People in general are dumb, I guess. Being a clerk in a store that sells
things like that, you've heard everything from customers.
I used to have one of those little non-refillable McCormick peppermills in my
desk at work. When I finally used it up I was bummed out that it was sealed up
in such a way that I could not refill it because it was pretty handy and I had
a whole jar of peppercorns at home for my regular peppermill.
