I cook seafood often here. Sometimes frozen from a grocery store but
mostly fresh caught by me, a friend, or from the local seafood store.

Fin fish, not so often but I do love shellfish the best.

Crabs, shrimp, oysters, clams are very good seafood. Simply cooked but
never eaten raw.
